Tinnitus – Dont Feed The Trolls

Tinnitus Cure

Is being too much troubled a possible cause for Tinnitus?

“Do not feed the trolls” is a well-known synonym for somebody who likes to make havoc online. Trolls generally make use of chat rooms, posting boards or Community forums to stimulate as well as frighten people by posting confrontational messages. Individuals who feel harassed and provoked and find the time to dispute with these kinds of persons are “Feeding the Trolls”.

It’s only a hypothesis, but it can be claimed that once the mind is attacked by worry, you are opening the doors for trolls.
Understanding how to come to terms with worry is like needing to learn to fly a an aircraft. You have to be a pilot to fly it. To become a pilot you need to learn. Sounds like it’s premature to comment that anybody can learn how to fly a jet if they’re truly set on doing so. It’s only a matter of being educated.

You might argue with me on this point but I am certain you could learn how to fly a jet should you really had to. It might take plenty of hours of instruction and countless tests and examinations but the theory is that, you could fly a giant jet if someone taught you how to.

Utilizing the information above it can be said that everyone could learn to deal with worry. Like understanding to fly, you have to be taught how.
Worry could have excellent power and impact if it finds a suitable candidate to eat from. Worry is an emotion which means it can be manipulated.

Becoming concerned is normal. It is a way of protecting our own selves. Individuals who do practically nothing BUT worry are serving the trolls! I still catch myself feeding my personal trolls but I have learned to hold it to a minimum. The worse thing regarding worry is that you can’t change the outcome of a certain situation by simply worrying about it.
What are you distressing about right now? Perhaps your business is not accomplishing too well and the sales figures are down and people are being told to find fresh jobs. That’s something to stress about though isn’t it? In fact it’s not. It is quite common to become worried about anything ( or someone ), but that is as far as it should go.

Deep rooted worrying could and will ruin your existence. It may control you.

Okay, suppose for a minute you are worried sick regarding losing your job. You will find good reasons to be concerned about losing a job. No one wants to be unemployed. The reasons are obvious and don’t need to be repeated. In fact, you cannot rest, you cannot eat, you are anxious, aggressive…in reality you become physically sick.

If you consider this from the outside, you will find only 2 stuff that will happen:

A: you lose your job.

B: you keep your job.

Let’s say you do lose your job. Ask yourself if your pain, anguish and apprehension could have possibly changed the outcome of the situation I may answer this for you’. NO. No worrying in the world could have inspired the result of you keeping your job or not. All that you did was feed the trolls. Be honest, would it have truly been worth distressing yourself sick about anything you could not change anyway? Let’s say you didn’t lose your job. Did your distressing have any effect on the result? Allow me to answer this too’, NO.
In other words, you cannot trade your worries for any change in destiny.

No person is going to re-write the books simply because you prefer to worry. I found the best way to cope with worry is to obtain the basic details and determine what the core of my worry is.
Should you be troubled with regards to losing your job, what is it precisely you’re worrying about? If worse comes to worst, what exactly is the most dirty thing that is going to occur to you? The answer is: You will be without a job and have less cash. There isn’t anything cheerful about loosing your job, but it NOT the end of the planet.

Please do not get me wrong and please don’t believe I am ignorant ( I am facing the same dilemma ), I do not understand anyone on the Earth who desires becoming unemployed.

But if I could accept that it’s not the end of the world then I may figure out how to come to terms with this situation when it arises. If I could learn in advance to prepare myself for the worst, then it will be easier for me to take the worst when and if the time ever comes.

I use to worry myself sick regarding my loss of hearing and tinnitus until it dawned on me that worrying is part of the cause.

In fact, I fed THOUSANDS of trolls until I realized what I was doing wrong.

It took me 18 months of distress to finally wake up and realize that it was I that was causing the stress.

I allowed tinnitus to rob me of my identity and place a firm grip on my life. Had I only known! Everybody knows that you can’t quit worrying at the drop of a hat or because folks advise you to. You may require hours and hours of therapy.

I utilized its power to create a fresh person in myself. I am utilizing its power to create this very Article I am writing. Nothing has ever motivated me to sit down for countless hours and write a book. Nothing has ever been worth the effort.
I learned the right way to register a domain, install my own homepage and promote an e-book with the sole purpose of trying to help other folks overcome their fear of having to live with tinnitus for the remainder of their lives.

Where else did I use it?. I managed to end smoking, I lost weight, and I taught myself to begin looking after myself.

I know how to always keep myself fit. I know what to eat and stuff like that to eat. I used its energy and created anything of it.

You could do the same.

Looking back, it took me a extended time to admit that tinnitus actually helped me change my life. When I realized that tinnitus was practically nothing but a alert signal, I found methods of coming to terms on it and used its energy to help me out of this trap. Tinnitus helped me get my life back on track and for that I’m fortunate. In fact I would probably feel alone without it ( simply kidding ).

But I am still mindful of it since I have appreciated that the noise won’t vanish. I simply learned to take no notice of it. That is the key to success. Learning to ignore. It’s a understanding process that needs some time as well as persistence.
Maybe it’s difficult to demonstrate how to disregard sounds you might think cannot escape but the trick is retraining your brain to distract your attention away from the tinnitus thus making the sounds obsolete.
